Falafel Shapes
Mid size falafel may be round or other shapes like hearts, stars, coffee beans, lego, puzzles, rectangles, gems and more.

They can be deep fried, lightly fried, pan fried or baked.

They round patties are served in wraps, in a pocket pitas and all the shapes may decorate and be part of falafel platters with salads and dips.
