On a pita & it's like a falafel pizza
If you ever had falafel, it was probably deep fried and in a pita.

Introducing baked or fried falafel on top of a flat pita bread...
​
Spread the baked or fried falafel mix evenly on top of the pita. Top it with a slice of your favorite cheese, place it in the oven and it's ready as soon as the cheese melts..
​
Serve it with your choice of vegetable salad, avocado, tahini, olives, etc.
