Yummy balls in a fluffy pita
Deep fried falafel in pita is a very popular street food in the Middle East and can often be found in big cities all over the world. Falafel is best served hot, immediately after taken out of the fryer.
Falafel EATS pocket pita is always fresh, tasty, and fluffy. About one third of the pita edge is sliced open. Then, hummus is often spread inside the pita prior to stuffing it with as many as seven falafel balls and chopped vegetable salad.
Many people enjoy drizzling tahini on top of the sandwich as they eat the falafel.
If you choose to wrap your falafel to go, tahini can packed in a closed container for you to drizzle on your falafel when eating.
