Falafel Shapes

Falafel burgers are similar in size to those of regular meat burgers with three exceptions: They are 100% vegetarian, they may not only be deep fried, but baked or lightly fried and may be not only be round, but of various shapes.

Falafel burgers may be served in a sandwich, or on top of vegetable salads.
